Daylight Twilight is a Trenton Public four-year public high school that serves Trenton's traditional high school students, over-aged & under credits students and Adult learners succeed in earning ninth through twelfth grade credits to attain a NJ High School Diploma. The Daylight Twilight "Alternative" approach provides Trenton residents several Alternative Educational Options to support themselves and/or family members achieving their High School Diploma.
- Daylight
- Traditional School Day 7:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. with four class blocks for 85 minutes each day for 60 school days.
- Three 60 day trimesters allow students to earn 15 credit hours each trimester.
- Twilight
- Also known as night school or adult high school for students over 18 years of age.
- Evening classes (4:00pm-8:00pm) with 2 class block for two hours each for 30 school days.
- Three 30 day trimesters allow student to earn 10 credit hours each trimester.
- Online classes
- Distance learning program which is 100% online based for senior level students. This option requires the student to work from home with weekly check-ins /communication with DTHS Online coordinator.
- Option II -
- "Option Two may include, but is not limited to, one or more of the following: interdisciplinary or theme-based programs, independent study, magnet programs, student exchange programs, distance learning, internships, community service, co-curricular or extra-curricular programs, and/or other structured learning experiences."
